Export licences
Chemicals that are scheduled by the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) are in addition subject to the export control regime and all exports (concerning schedule 1 chemicals also imports) have to be approved by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO. The import and export of Schedule 2 chemicals to and from non- signatory states is prohibited. For further information or assistance, such as providing application forms for exports, please contact the authority within SECO in charge of Export Controls / Industrial Products.
Declaration obligations of Import/Export:
